When you see a Navara provider virtually, you are getting a real clinical encounter with a provider who is paying attention.
The majority of what we do at Navara Health TX is available via telehealth. Some treatments require in-person visits IV infusions, injections, and aesthetic procedures. Your provider will be clear about what that means for your specific plan.

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera and microphone. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform and send a secure link before your appointment.
Prescriptions sent electronically. Compounded medications shipped directly from our licensed partner pharmacies.

Telehealth Pricing
All telehealth visits are direct-pay. We do not bill insurance but can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Medication costs are separate from visit fees.
DPC Membership: Adult (18-59) $99/month, Senior (60+) $139/month. Telehealth services available where legally permitted. An in-person visit may be required for testosterone therapy in Texas.
How It Works
The Telehealth Process at Navara
Book your appointment through our online scheduling system and select telehealth as your visit type.
Before your visit, complete intake forms and consents through our patient portal. If labs are needed, we send the order in advance.
Secure video link sent to you. Appointments run on time. Your provider reviews your history, discusses goals, and builds your plan at this visit.
Follow-ups, refills, lab review, and medication management all handled virtually unless an in-person visit is clinically indicated.
