About Navara Health
Clinical Depth.
By Design.
Navara Health was built from a belief that patients deserve more. More time with their provider. More clinical depth. More options under one roof. Jessica Boggs, APRN came from emergency medicine before building the practice she wished existed.
Our Story
Why Navara Exists.
The Short Version.
Jessica Boggs spent years in emergency departments. That background gave her a clinical baseline most wellness providers simply do not have. It also gave her a clear picture of what was missing in the outpatient world: time, depth, and a practice model that treats the whole patient.
She had already built a trusted patient base in hormone optimization and aesthetics across North Texas. As that practice grew, so did the vision for something bigger: a clinical wellness home where patients could access hormone therapy metabolic medicine regenerative protocols aesthetics, and primary care without being bounced between providers.
Navara Health is the result of that decision. One practice, one clinical philosophy, built to give patients the depth they deserve.

Jessica is a double board-certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. She completed a post-master's cardiovascular subspecialty and a post-master's acute care program, adding significant clinical depth to an already strong foundation in emergency medicine.
Her clinical focus spans hormone optimization, regenerative protocols, GLP-1 medical weight loss, functional medicine, and sexual wellness. She reads labs with an optimal lens rather than a conventional one, and builds protocols around the full clinical picture rather than a single number on a panel.

Our Approach
How We Think About
Patient Care.
Labs First, Always
No hormone or regenerative protocol starts without understanding the full picture. Labs are the foundation of every plan, reviewed by a provider trained to read them with an optimal lens.
Depth Over Volume
We built this practice to spend real time with patients. Not a ten minute checkout. Not a protocol copy-pasted from a template. Clinical depth takes time and we have built the model to allow for it.
Evidence and Experience
We stay current on the science behind every service we offer. The GLP-1, hormone, and metabolic landscape moves fast. Our protocols reflect where the evidence actually is, not where it was five years ago.
The Whole Patient
Hormones affect everything. Weight affects hormones. Sleep affects both. We do not treat a single number in isolation. Every plan accounts for the full clinical picture.
Virtual Care Done Right
Remote care should not mean lower standards. Our virtual care patients receive the same lab review, protocol depth, and ongoing monitoring as in-clinic patients. Convenience without compromise.
No Guesswork
Treatment eligibility is always determined by provider assessment, not a checkbox form. If we cannot safely prescribe something, we will tell you clearly and explain why. Honesty is part of the clinical standard.

Who is Jessica Boggs, APRN?
Jessica Boggs is the founder and lead provider at Navara Health in Dallas, Texas. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and emergency nurse practitioner with post-master's certificates in cardiovascular subspecialty and adult-gerontology acute care, and she has practiced emergency medicine for years alongside her outpatient work.
Is a nurse practitioner qualified to manage hormone therapy?
Yes. Advanced practice registered nurses diagnose, order and interpret laboratory testing, and prescribe medication. In Texas, nurse practitioners practice under a delegation and prescriptive authority agreement with a physician. Navara Health operates under the medical direction of Simal Patel, MD. What matters clinically is training and depth, and hormone and metabolic medicine is the focus of this practice rather than a side offering.
Who is the medical director at Navara Health?
Simal Patel, MD serves as medical director. Clinical care is delivered by Jessica Boggs, APRN, with clinical support from Rocio Gonzalez, RN.
What does ENP-C mean?
