How Your Visit Actually Works.

Not every visit needs a video call. What we do depends on what you are being seen for, your history, and what your state requires. Here is the whole process.

01 · You schedule

Pick a time online. You will receive an invoice by text and email straight after. Most bookings require a $100 deposit, which is applied to your visit.

02 · You pay and complete your forms

Your intake and consent form is linked with the service at booking. Your appointment is confirmed once the form and payment are both complete. If you did not fill it in at booking, we send it to you.

03 · We meet, in whichever format fits

A secure questionnaire reviewed by your provider, a phone consultation, or a HIPAA-compliant video visit. Your provider decides based on what you are being seen for.

04 · Labs, if they are needed

Recommendations and prescriptions follow after your results and history have been reviewed. We do not prescribe before we have read what we ordered.

How we decide the format. We will not stretch a fifteen-minute question into a video call, and we will not shortcut something that needs one. A questionnaire suits refills and straightforward follow-ups. A phone call suits something that needs talking through but not looking at. Video is for new starts, complex histories, and anything needing visual assessment.

Our Policies

By scheduling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these. All new patients complete a General Intake and Consent Form, linked with the service when you book.

Deposits, the 24-hour cancellation window, membership billing and cancellation, refunds, and chargebacks.
