We assess the whole face before placing anything. Overtreating one area while ignoring another is what produces the look most patients are trying to avoid, and it is the single most common reason people arrive unhappy with previous work.

It is always easier to add than to take away. We start lower and build at your two-week check rather than committing you to a result you cannot undo for three months.
If you want more movement kept than most patients ask for, say so. That is a legitimate goal and we will dose for it.
Each has a different formulation and diffusion pattern. Xeomin contains no complexing proteins, which matters if you have developed resistance. Daxxify lasts longer for some patients. Letybo is newer-generation.

Each area needs a different injection technique, product choice, and dose. Most patients treat more than one at a time for a result that reads as balanced.

Reduces clenching and grinding, relieves TMJ discomfort, and slims the lower face. One of the treatments patients are most consistently glad they had.
The vertical platysmal bands that become visible with age, and the pebbled chin texture from habitual mentalis contraction.
Injected into the underarm to block the nerve signals triggering sweat glands. FDA-approved for severe primary axillary hyperhidrosis, with results typically lasting 6 to 12 months. Flat rate $1,100.

What you should know before booking
Not every area we treat is FDA-approved for that use. Neurotoxins are FDA-approved for glabellar lines, crow's feet, forehead lines, and severe primary axillary hyperhidrosis. Treatment of the masseter, lip flip, gummy smile, platysmal neck bands, bunny lines, and chin dimpling is off-label, which is legal and common in aesthetic medicine when supported by clinical judgment and informed consent.
Individual response varies and no specific result can be promised. Results typically develop over 7 to 14 days and last 3 to 4 months, though this differs between people and between products.
Treatment eligibility is determined at your consultation and good faith exam. Neurotoxins are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain neuromuscular conditions. Tell us what you take and what you have been diagnosed with.
