Our Women's Sexual Wellness Treatments
All in-office procedures are performed by Jessica Boggs, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ENP-C at our Dallas clinic, under the medical direction of Simal Patel, MD. Consultations are $100 and can be done by virtual care. All treatment recommendations are made following a clinical evaluation.
Platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood and injected into specific areas of the vagina and clitoris. The intent is to stimulate tissue regeneration and improve sensitivity, lubrication, and sexual response.

Both procedures on this page are off-label. No botulinum toxin product is FDA-approved for injection into the clitoral region, and platelet-rich plasma is not FDA-approved for the treatment of sexual function. Both are used here off-label, which is legal and common in medicine when supported by clinical judgment and informed consent.
What that means in practice is that the evidence base for these procedures is smaller than it is for FDA-approved treatments, response varies between individuals, and no specific result can be promised in advance. Some women notice a meaningful difference and some do not.
