Clinical Precision in a Fast-Moving Space.

Regenerative medicine is one of the most rapidly evolving areas in functional medicine. New data emerges constantly, and the regulatory landscape shifts regularly. That is exactly why having a knowledgeable, current provider matters more here than in almost any other area of wellness care.

At Navara Health, protocols are prescribed only after a medical screening and signed consent. We evaluate your health history, current medications, and goals before recommending anything, and what we require before prescribing depends on which protocol and how long you intend to be on it. Medications are dispensed by our licensed compounding pharmacy and delivered to you with all supplies included.

Important

All compounds are prescribed by a licensed provider and dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for the uses discussed here, which means they are prescribed off-label. The regulatory landscape in this category changes frequently and the availability of specific compounds can change. Your provider will confirm what is currently available and clinically appropriate for you at your intake, and will review the specific compound in any protocol with you before you consent to treatment.

When labs are required, and when they are not

We do not apply one blanket rule here, because the protocols are not the same. What we need before prescribing depends on what you are taking and for how long.

Labs required
Any growth hormone support protocol

Always, without exception. There is no way to tell whether a growth hormone protocol is working, or whether you needed it in the first place, without a baseline and a follow-up. Anyone offering these without labs cannot answer either question.

Labs required
Anything you intend to continue

If you are going to keep refilling, we need labs for safety and to confirm the protocol is doing something. A four-week course and a twelve-week course are different clinical situations, and ongoing therapy is a third.

Labs not required
A single short course for one defined problem

If you want a short course for something specific, such as recovery from an injury, with no stack, no cycle, and no ongoing refill, we can prescribe on your screening alone where that is clinically appropriate.

Results from the last 90 days are accepted, so if your primary care provider or another clinician has already run what we need, bring those and we will work from them. If not, the intake with baseline panel at $249 covers it and saves you $30 against booking the two separately.

Recovery & Tissue Repair

Protocols supporting healing, injury recovery, tendon and ligament support, and gut integrity.

GH Support & Longevity

Growth hormone support for energy, sleep quality, body composition, and long-term optimization.

Cognitive & Nootropic

Compounds supporting focus, memory, mood, and stress resilience.

Metabolic & Cellular

Support for mitochondrial function, cellular energy, antioxidant capacity, and metabolism.

Sexual Health & Immune

Support for sexual desire and arousal, plus immune and autoimmune balance. Often combined with hormone optimization.

Screened, Prescribed, Delivered.

Every protocol at Navara Health follows a structured clinical process. We do not prescribe without understanding your full picture first.

01
Start your intake

Your intake covers provider review by Jessica Boggs, APRN, including screening, protocol design, and the education that goes with it. It is a standalone clinical fee and is not credited toward medication. $100, or $249 with your baseline panel included.

02
Screening and consent

Complete your screening and sign your consent. Certain red flags, such as active or prior cancer, disqualify specific protocols for your safety.

03
Provider review and approval

Jessica Boggs, APRN reviews your intake under MD medical direction and tells you whether labs are needed before you start. That depends on which protocol, and on whether this is a short single course or something you intend to continue.

04
Compounded and shipped

Your prescription is filled by our licensed compounding pharmacy, with supplies included. These are made-to-order compounds and do not ship instantly.

Protocols by Goal.

Your intake covers provider review, screening, and protocol design. It is a separate clinical fee and is not applied toward medication cost. Protocol prices below are per month and confirmed at intake. Protocols are dispensed monthly, so what you pay reflects what that month requires.

About availability and pricing

The FDA regularly updates what 503A compounding pharmacies may dispense, so availability of specific compounds can change. Navara Health only prescribes what is currently available through licensed 503A channels and appropriate for your individual clinical situation. Pricing shown is per month and confirmed at your intake. If you have a specific compound in mind, call (469) 653-3124 and we will tell you exactly what is in any protocol and whether it is currently available.

What Patients Ask Most

What regenerative protocols does Navara Health offer?
Navara Health offers provider-prescribed regenerative protocols in Dallas, TX and by virtual care across Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. A $100 intake starts the process, or $249 with your baseline panel included, which is the route for growth hormone support protocols and anything ongoing. Everything is sourced from licensed compounding pharmacies and dispensed to you. Nothing research-grade is used. The specific compound in any protocol is reviewed with you before you consent to treatment.
What does it cost to start?
The intake is $100 on its own, or $249 with your baseline laboratory panel included. Booked separately the intake and panel are $279, so the bundle saves you $30. The intake is a standalone clinical fee covering screening, provider review, and protocol design, and it is not credited toward medication. Protocol pricing then runs from $99 a month for cognitive support up to $299 for the sexual wellness protocol, confirmed at your intake.
Are these compounds FDA-approved?
Most compounds used in regenerative protocols are not individually FDA-approved for the indications they are prescribed for, which means they are prescribed off-label. They are compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies under provider prescription and have not been evaluated by the FDA for these uses. Off-label prescribing is legal and common in medicine when supported by clinical judgment and informed consent. The regulatory landscape changes frequently, and we only prescribe what is currently available through compliant 503A channels and appropriate for your individual situation.
What protocols are available?
Protocols are organized by goal: growth hormone support and longevity, recovery and tissue repair, cognitive performance, metabolic and cellular support, sexual wellness, and immune and autoimmune balance. Availability depends on current 503A pharmacy status and your clinical eligibility, both confirmed at intake.
Do I need labs before starting?
It depends on what you are taking and for how long, and we will tell you at your intake. Labs are required for any growth hormone support protocol, always, because there is no way to know whether it is working or whether you needed it without a baseline and a follow-up. They are also required for anything you intend to continue or keep refilling, for safety and to confirm the protocol is doing something. For a single short course aimed at one defined problem, such as recovery from an injury, with no stack, no cycle, and no ongoing refill, we can often prescribe on your screening alone. Results from the last 90 days are accepted, so bring what you already have. If you need labs, the intake with baseline panel is $249 rather than $279 booked separately.
Why do growth hormone protocols always need labs?
Because without them nobody can answer the two questions that matter: whether you needed the protocol, and whether it is working. A baseline tells us where you actually started. A follow-up tells us whether anything changed. A four-week course and a twelve-week course are different clinical situations, and ongoing therapy is a third, so the decision to continue should rest on data rather than on how you feel that week. If a clinic offers you a growth hormone protocol with no labs at any point, they cannot tell you either of those things.
How are protocols administered?
Most protocols are given by subcutaneous injection at home. Some are oral capsules or troches, and the cognitive protocols are nasal sprays. All necessary supplies are included with your shipment, and your provider supplies written instructions.
Who is not a candidate?
Certain red flags disqualify specific protocols for your safety, including active or prior cancer. Your full medical history, current medications, and goals are screened before anything is recommended, and eligibility is determined by your provider rather than guaranteed in advance. If a protocol is not appropriate for you we will tell you why.
Are regenerative protocols available by virtual care?
Yes. Intake and ongoing prescription management are available by virtual care through Jessica Boggs, APRN in 11 states: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. Prescriptions are filled by our partner compounding pharmacy and delivered to you.

How your visit actually works.

Not every visit needs a video call. What we do depends on what you are being seen for, your history, and what your state requires. Here is the whole process, start to finish.

01
You schedule

Pick a time online. Nothing is charged at that moment. You will get an invoice by text and email straight after.

02
You pay and complete your forms

Your intake and consent form is linked with the service at booking. Your appointment is confirmed once that form and your payment are both complete. If you did not fill it in at booking, we send it to you.

03
We meet, in whichever format fits

Secure online questionnaire with provider review, a phone consultation, or a HIPAA-compliant video visit. See below for how that is decided.

How we decide the format

Your provider chooses based on what you are being seen for, your medical history, what your state requires, and whether anything needs to be discussed or examined directly. Some visits are straightforward and a questionnaire is genuinely enough. Others need a conversation. We will not stretch a fifteen-minute question into a video call, and we will not shortcut something that needs one.

Format One
Secure online questionnaire

Reviewed by your provider. Best for refills and straightforward follow-ups.

Format Two
Phone consultation

When something needs talking through but not looking at.

Format Three
HIPAA-compliant video visit

For new starts, complex histories, and anything needing visual assessment.

If laboratory testing is needed, treatment recommendations and prescriptions, where clinically appropriate, follow after your results and history have been reviewed. We do not prescribe before we have read what we ordered.

Before booking, please review our Payment & Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. All new patients complete a General Intake & Consent Form. The link appears with the service when you book. If you have not completed it by then, we will send it to you, and your appointment is confirmed once both the form and payment are in. By scheduling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these policies. Questions before you book? Call or text (469) 653-3124.
