Regenerative Protocols
Regenerative & Recovery Optimization in Dallas, TX
Provider-prescribed protocols for recovery, metabolism, longevity, cognition, immune support, and sexual health. Every compound is sourced exclusively from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and prescribed after a medical screening. Nothing research-grade, ever.
Our Approach
Clinical Precision in a Fast-Moving Space.
Regenerative medicine is one of the most rapidly evolving areas in functional medicine. New data emerges constantly, and the regulatory landscape shifts regularly. That is exactly why having a knowledgeable, current provider matters more here than in almost any other area of wellness care.
At Navara Health, protocols are prescribed only after a medical screening and signed consent. We evaluate your health history, current medications, and goals before recommending anything, and what we require before prescribing depends on which protocol and how long you intend to be on it. Medications are dispensed by our licensed compounding pharmacy and delivered to you with all supplies included.
Important
All compounds are prescribed by a licensed provider and dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for the uses discussed here, which means they are prescribed off-label. The regulatory landscape in this category changes frequently and the availability of specific compounds can change. Your provider will confirm what is currently available and clinically appropriate for you at your intake, and will review the specific compound in any protocol with you before you consent to treatment.
When labs are required, and when they are not
We do not apply one blanket rule here, because the protocols are not the same. What we need before prescribing depends on what you are taking and for how long.
Always, without exception. There is no way to tell whether a growth hormone protocol is working, or whether you needed it in the first place, without a baseline and a follow-up. Anyone offering these without labs cannot answer either question.
If you are going to keep refilling, we need labs for safety and to confirm the protocol is doing something. A four-week course and a twelve-week course are different clinical situations, and ongoing therapy is a third.
If you want a short course for something specific, such as recovery from an injury, with no stack, no cycle, and no ongoing refill, we can prescribe on your screening alone where that is clinically appropriate.
Results from the last 90 days are accepted, so if your primary care provider or another clinician has already run what we need, bring those and we will work from them. If not, the intake with baseline panel at $249 covers it and saves you $30 against booking the two separately.
Protocols supporting healing, injury recovery, tendon and ligament support, and gut integrity.
Growth hormone support for energy, sleep quality, body composition, and long-term optimization.
Compounds supporting focus, memory, mood, and stress resilience.
Support for mitochondrial function, cellular energy, antioxidant capacity, and metabolism.
Support for sexual desire and arousal, plus immune and autoimmune balance. Often combined with hormone optimization.
How It Works
Screened, Prescribed, Delivered.
Every protocol at Navara Health follows a structured clinical process. We do not prescribe without understanding your full picture first.
Your intake covers provider review by Jessica Boggs, APRN, including screening, protocol design, and the education that goes with it. It is a standalone clinical fee and is not credited toward medication. $100, or $249 with your baseline panel included.
Complete your screening and sign your consent. Certain red flags, such as active or prior cancer, disqualify specific protocols for your safety.
Jessica Boggs, APRN reviews your intake under MD medical direction and tells you whether labs are needed before you start. That depends on which protocol, and on whether this is a short single course or something you intend to continue.
Your prescription is filled by our licensed compounding pharmacy, with supplies included. These are made-to-order compounds and do not ship instantly.
Protocols & Pricing
Protocols by Goal.
Your intake covers provider review, screening, and protocol design. It is a separate clinical fee and is not applied toward medication cost. Protocol prices below are per month and confirmed at intake. Protocols are dispensed monthly, so what you pay reflects what that month requires.
About availability and pricing
The FDA regularly updates what 503A compounding pharmacies may dispense, so availability of specific compounds can change. Navara Health only prescribes what is currently available through licensed 503A channels and appropriate for your individual clinical situation. Pricing shown is per month and confirmed at your intake. If you have a specific compound in mind, call (469) 653-3124 and we will tell you exactly what is in any protocol and whether it is currently available.
Common Questions
What Patients Ask Most
Before You Book
How your visit actually works.
Not every visit needs a video call. What we do depends on what you are being seen for, your history, and what your state requires. Here is the whole process, start to finish.
Pick a time online. Nothing is charged at that moment. You will get an invoice by text and email straight after.
Your intake and consent form is linked with the service at booking. Your appointment is confirmed once that form and your payment are both complete. If you did not fill it in at booking, we send it to you.
Secure online questionnaire with provider review, a phone consultation, or a HIPAA-compliant video visit. See below for how that is decided.
How we decide the format
Your provider chooses based on what you are being seen for, your medical history, what your state requires, and whether anything needs to be discussed or examined directly. Some visits are straightforward and a questionnaire is genuinely enough. Others need a conversation. We will not stretch a fifteen-minute question into a video call, and we will not shortcut something that needs one.
Reviewed by your provider. Best for refills and straightforward follow-ups.
When something needs talking through but not looking at.
For new starts, complex histories, and anything needing visual assessment.
If laboratory testing is needed, treatment recommendations and prescriptions, where clinically appropriate, follow after your results and history have been reviewed. We do not prescribe before we have read what we ordered.
Before booking, please review our Payment & Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. All new patients complete a General Intake & Consent Form. The link appears with the service when you book. If you have not completed it by then, we will send it to you, and your appointment is confirmed once both the form and payment are in. By scheduling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these policies. Questions before you book? Call or text (469) 653-3124.
