How old is your body, really?

Your chronological age is a date. Your biological age is a measurement. Enter nine values from a standard blood panel and this calculates your phenotypic age using the Levine formula, published in 2018 and validated against ten-year mortality data in more than eleven thousand adults.

About this calculator. Phenotypic age was developed by Morgan Levine and colleagues and published in 2018. It combines nine routine blood markers with chronological age to estimate physiological ageing, and predicts ten-year all-cause mortality more accurately than chronological age alone. It is a validated research measure, not a diagnostic test, and it does not replace clinical evaluation. Nothing you enter is stored or transmitted. The calculation runs entirely in your browser.
