One exception worth knowing up front. Testosterone therapy is a Schedule III controlled substance. Texas requires an in-person evaluation before it can be prescribed, and it is available to Texas patients only. If you are outside Texas and your evaluation points that direction, we will tell you plainly and discuss enclomiphene, which is not a controlled substance and can be managed virtually in all eleven states.

Most of What We Do Happens Virtually.

Your consultation, follow-ups, lab review, and ongoing medication management can all be handled by secure video visit. IV infusions, injections, and aesthetic procedures require an in-person visit at our Dallas clinic. Your provider will be clear about which applies to you.

Hormone therapy

Initial consultations, lab-guided prescribing, dose adjustments, and ongoing monitoring for women and men. Manageable virtually for most patients.

Medical weight loss

GLP-1 consultations, titration, and follow-up. Fully virtual-compatible, with labs drawn at a Quest location near you.

Regenerative protocols

Intake, protocol design, and ongoing guidance including self-administration instructions where applicable.

Sexual wellness

Consultations for low libido, ED, and related hormonal issues, handled privately. In-office procedures require a Dallas visit.

Lab review

Your provider walks you through what your results mean and what comes next. You are not left reading a PDF alone.

Ongoing management

Refills, dose adjustments, and management for established patients. No coming in just for a refill.

Need to be seen today for something acute? Virtual Urgent Care is a separate service for infections, rashes, and same-day concerns, seen by a board-certified emergency nurse practitioner.

Visit Fees, Published.

Visit fees are separate from medication costs. All visits are direct-pay and we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What Patients Ask Most

Which states can you treat me in?
Eleven: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. You must be physically located in one of them at the time of your visit, not simply a resident. If you are travelling, tell us, because we may not be able to see you until you return.
Can I get testosterone therapy virtually?
No. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, and Texas requires an in-person evaluation before it can be prescribed. It is available to Texas patients only. If you are outside Texas and your labs point that direction, we will tell you plainly and discuss enclomiphene, which raises your own testosterone, is not a controlled substance, and can be managed virtually in all eleven states.
How do labs work if I am not in Dallas?
Your requisition is sent to you securely and you complete the draw at any Quest Diagnostics location near you. Most take walk-ins. Results come back to your provider, who reviews them with you at a scheduled visit rather than sending you a PDF to interpret alone.
What if I move to a state where you are not licensed?
We cannot continue to provide care, and we will tell you as soon as you let us know. We will help you transition to another provider and send your records wherever you need them. Please do tell us if your state of residence changes, because continuing to treat you would not be legal.
Is every visit a video call?
No. Depending on what you are being seen for, your history, and what your state requires, a visit may be a secure questionnaire reviewed by your provider, a phone consultation, or a HIPAA-compliant video visit. We will not stretch a fifteen-minute question into a video call, and we will not shortcut something that needs one.
What has to be done in person?
IV therapy, injections, aesthetic procedures, sexual wellness procedures, and hair restoration treatments all require a visit to our Dallas clinic. Testosterone therapy requires an in-person evaluation and is Texas only. Everything else, including your consultation, lab review, and ongoing management, can be handled virtually.
