Where We Practice
Virtual Care in Nine States.
Whether you are in Dallas or Denver, Santa Fe or Des Moines, you get the same provider, not whoever is next in a queue. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
One exception worth knowing up front. Testosterone therapy is a Schedule III controlled substance. Texas requires an in-person evaluation before it can be prescribed, and it is available to Texas patients only. If you are outside Texas and your evaluation points that direction, we will tell you plainly and discuss enclomiphene, which is not a controlled substance and can be managed virtually in all nine states.
What We Cover
Most of What We Do Happens Virtually.
Your consultation, follow-ups, lab review, and ongoing medication management can all be handled by secure video visit. IV infusions, injections, and aesthetic procedures require an in-person visit at our Dallas clinic. Your provider will be clear about which applies to you.
Initial consultations, lab-guided prescribing, dose adjustments, and ongoing monitoring for women and men. Manageable virtually for most patients.
GLP-1 consultations, titration, and follow-up. Fully virtual-compatible, with labs drawn at a Quest location near you.
Intake, protocol design, and ongoing guidance including self-administration instructions where applicable.
Consultations for low libido, ED, and related hormonal issues, handled privately. In-office procedures require a Dallas visit.
Your provider walks you through what your results mean and what comes next. You are not left reading a PDF alone.
Members get refills, dose adjustments and messaging included. Pay per visit patients book a refill or follow-up visit when they need one. No coming in just for a refill.
Need to be seen today for something acute? Virtual Urgent Care is a separate service for infections, rashes, and same-day concerns, seen by a board-certified emergency nurse practitioner.

Visit fees are separate from medication costs. All visits are direct-pay and we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Every new patient begins the same way. One consultation, the right labs, and a full results visit where we walk through every number and build your plan together. Then you decide how your care continues.

Your Start Visit
Your symptoms, your history, your medications and what you have already tried. Your lab order goes out the same day.

Your Results Review
Sixty to seventy-five minutes. Every result explained in plain language, what it means for you, and exactly what happens next.

You Choose
Membership or pay per visit. Both are laid out below, so you know exactly what you are getting before you book.
Start Visit: $199 with labs from the last 90 days, or $349 with your labs ordered for you. Your Results Review is included either way.

A forty-minute phone call is a medical visit. It deserves a chart, a real plan, and your provider's full attention, so clinical questions are answered at a scheduled visit or, for members, by message. And membership means you never wait for an appointment to ask.
