How much does hormone therapy cost in Dallas at Navara Health?
Pricing is published in advance. The Essential Health Evaluation with labs included is $299 and the Advanced Health Evaluation is $449. The men's TRT baseline lab panel is $199. Thyroid Start is $199 including the full thyroid panel and your first month of medication, then $100 per month added to an existing membership or $149 per month on its own. Ongoing hormone management is $275 per month for women and $199 per month for men. The Enclomiphene Program is $159 per month, with your baseline panel and a repeat at six months included. Final cost depends on your individual plan, dosing, and product selection.
How much does GLP-1 weight loss cost at Navara Health?
The weight loss and metabolic panel with labs included is $189. Semaglutide weight management starts at $179 per month for maintenance dosing, with tiered pricing above that based on dose. Tirzepatide starts at $249 per month for maintenance. Ninety day prepay options are available at a reduced monthly rate. Eligibility is determined by provider evaluation and is not guaranteed.

Does Navara Health take insurance?
No. Navara Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance, which is why pricing can be published in advance. Financing is available through Cherry, and many patients use HSA or FSA funds. Documentation can be provided to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Is virtual care available for hormone therapy and weight loss outside of Dallas?
Yes. Jessica Boggs, APRN provides virtual care for hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight loss management, regenerative protocols, and primary care in 11 states: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.
