The Process
How It Actually Goes
Four steps. Nothing sold to you before anyone knows your numbers.
Total and free testosterone by mass spectrometry, SHBG, estradiol, LH and FSH, PSA, hematocrit, metabolic and thyroid markers. Drawn in the morning at trough, because timing changes the result.
Not a printout handed to you at the desk. A visit where you find out what each marker means, which ones matter for you, and what the options actually involve.
Testosterone initiation happens in person in Texas, as state rules require. Enclomiphene, weight management and lab review are all handled by video in the eleven states where we are licensed.
Labs at baseline and every six months, included in your membership. Hematocrit, estradiol and PSA are monitored, not assumed. If your numbers move, the dose moves.

Scheduling and payment. After scheduling, you will receive an invoice by text and email. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received and all required forms are complete.
