Medical Disclaimer
What the information on this website is, what it is not, and when you should speak with a licensed provider instead.

Educational purposes only
All content on this website, including service descriptions, articles, protocols, frequently asked questions, downloadable resources, and social media posts linked from this site, is published for general educational and informational purposes only.
It is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis. It is not a treatment recommendation for you or for anyone else. It is not a substitute for evaluation, examination, testing, and clinical judgment from a licensed healthcare provider who knows your history.
No provider-patient relationship
Reading this website, downloading a resource, submitting a contact form, or exchanging messages with our office does not create a provider-patient relationship with Navara Health or with any of its providers.
That relationship begins only after you complete a formal intake, are evaluated by a licensed provider, and that provider accepts you into care.
Do not delay care
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on this website. If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified provider. If you are already under the care of a provider, do not start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or treatment plan based on content published here without discussing it with them first.
Emergencies
This website is not for emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, or a severe adverse reaction to any medication, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
If you are in emotional crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.
Website forms, email, and text messages are not monitored around the clock and must not be used to report urgent symptoms.
Individual results vary
Any outcome described on this site, including outcomes referenced in patient testimonials, before and after imagery, or case discussions, reflects the experience of a specific individual under specific clinical circumstances. It is not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of what any other person will experience.
Response to treatment depends on diagnosis, baseline health, genetics, adherence, lifestyle, concurrent medications, and factors that cannot be fully anticipated. Some patients experience meaningful benefit. Some experience little or none. Some experience side effects. Not every patient is an appropriate candidate for every service we offer, and your provider will decline treatment when it is not clinically indicated.
Prescription therapies, compounded medications, and off-label use
Some therapies discussed on this site are prescription medications that require evaluation, screening, and ongoing monitoring by a licensed provider. Some are prescribed off-label, meaning for a use other than the one approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Off-label prescribing is legal and common in clinical practice when supported by evidence and clinical judgment.
Some therapies are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality in the way that commercially manufactured drug products are.
Risks, benefits, alternatives, monitoring requirements, and the regulatory status of any specific therapy are reviewed with you directly during your consultation, before treatment begins, and documented in your informed consent.
Dietary supplements and wellness services
Statements on this website regarding dietary supplements, nutrients, and general wellness services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Laboratory testing
Laboratory results referenced or offered through this practice are one input into clinical decision making. Results must be interpreted alongside your symptoms, history, examination, and other findings. A value inside or outside a reference range does not by itself establish or exclude a diagnosis.
Content currency
Medicine changes. Clinical guidelines are revised, drug labeling is updated, and availability shifts. Content on this site reflects our understanding at the time it was written and may not reflect the most current evidence. We update material when we can but do not warrant that every page is current or complete.
Third-party links and references
This site may link to outside resources, research, manufacturers, or pharmacies for your convenience and education. We do not control that content and are not responsible for its accuracy or for the privacy practices of those sites. A link is not an endorsement.
Licensure
Navara Health provides clinical services only to patients physically located in states where our provider holds an active, unrestricted license at the time of the visit. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide care in a jurisdiction where our provider is not licensed.
