How It Works
Provider-Ordered Labs. Your Way.
Most people who want labs either wait weeks for a primary care appointment or pay out of pocket for direct-to-consumer kits that nobody explains. We offer a better path. A real provider orders appropriate labs based on your symptoms, goals, and health history. You get them drawn at Quest, and your results come back electronically.
We can build a panel around the common profiles below, or construct something custom based on what you share at your consultation. Many panels can be billed to your insurance at Quest, or ordered at cash-pay rates. We do not mark up lab costs.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted for cash-pay orders as long as your plan allows lab testing as a qualified expense. Please review our full Patient Policies & Financial Agreement for complete lab billing and liability terms.
Schedule a virtual consultation with your Navara provider to discuss your symptoms, goals, and health history. Your provider selects the appropriate lab panels and explains what they are looking for.
Your lab order is sent securely to your email. Take it to the nearest Quest Diagnostics location for your blood draw. No appointment needed at most Quest locations.
Results are returned electronically. Your results are yours to keep and share with any provider. It is your responsibility to schedule a follow-up if you want clinical interpretation.
To discuss what your results mean in the context of your symptoms and goals, book a separate $100 Lab Review appointment. This is billed separately and is not included in your initial consultation fee. Navara Health is not responsible for reviewing results unless a follow-up has been scheduled and completed.

Please read these before booking. These are not fine print. They explain how this service is designed to work properly.
Lab results give you information. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace a clinical relationship. Abnormal results need to be reviewed and interpreted in the context of your full health picture. Following up on results is your responsibility.
Your $100 lab consultation covers symptom review and lab selection only. Interpreting your results, clinical discussion, and any recommendations require a separate $100 Lab Review appointment. Navara Health is not responsible for reviewing or interpreting lab results unless that follow-up has been scheduled and completed.
A lab review visit informs next steps. A formal treatment plan requires an established provider-patient relationship at Navara Health. If your results point toward hormone therapy, weight loss, or another service, your provider will guide you through the right next steps at your review visit.
Pricing
Our Fees Are Fixed. Lab Costs Depend on Your Path.
The two fees we charge are the $100 lab consultation and the $100 lab review visit. The cost of the labs themselves depends on whether you use cash-pay rates at Quest or run them through your insurance.
We do not mark up lab costs and do not bill your insurance directly. We can send your lab order in a way that allows your insurance to bill at Quest Diagnostics, but we cannot guarantee what your insurance will cover or what your out-of-pocket cost will be.
Payment Options
Cash-Pay: Invoiced through our EMR at Quest Diagnostics cash-pay rates. HSA and FSA cards accepted as long as your plan allows lab testing as a qualified expense.
Insurance Billing at Quest: We send the requisition in a way that allows Quest to bill your insurance directly. Navara Health is not responsible for denied claims, insurance balances, unexpected bills, or coverage determinations. Contact your insurer to confirm benefits before your draw.
