Who This Is For
Something changed. Nobody connected it.
The symptoms rarely arrive labelled. Sleep breaks first for many women, then the anxiety, then the weight that will not move. Each one gets treated by a different provider. But nobody stands back and looks at the pattern, and that is the part we do.
Perimenopause
Sleep that breaks at 3am, heavier or closer periods, anxiety you never used to have, brain fog, a shorter fuse. It can start in your late thirties.
Menopause
Hot flashes, night sweats, joint aches, vaginal dryness and bladder symptoms. Hormone therapy remains the most effective treatment for them, and it protects bone.
Told your labs are normal
One estradiol level on a random day says very little. We draw at the right point in your cycle and read the results against how you actually feel.
After a hysterectomy or ablation
No periods to track does not mean no transition. Symptoms, timing and a full panel still tell us where you are.
What We Treat With
FDA-approved first. Compounded when it fits better.
Bioidentical is a marketing word, and we will tell you that. Estradiol and micronized progesterone come as FDA-approved products, and we use them unless there is a real clinical reason not to. And we prefer patches, gels, creams and tablets over pellets, because a dose you can adjust is a dose you can fix.
- Estradiol. Patch, gel, cream or tablet. The route is chosen deliberately, because it changes the risk profile.
- Micronized progesterone. For anyone with a uterus who uses estrogen, and for some women for sleep and mood.
- Vaginal estrogen. For dryness, painful sex and recurrent UTIs, with minimal absorption into the rest of the body.
- DHEA and testosterone. When symptoms and labs support it. Testosterone requires an in-person visit in Dallas and is for Texas patients only.
- Thyroid. Free T3, free T4 and antibodies alongside TSH, because thyroid problems imitate perimenopause almost perfectly.

Menopause is a clinical diagnosis. Labs are there to find what else is contributing and to make treatment safe.

Still cycling? Hormones are drawn on day 19 to 21, because any other day makes progesterone impossible to read.

My labs came back normal. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Standard ranges were built to catch disease, not a transition, and perimenopause can begin ten years before your last period. We read every result against your symptoms and your cycle, and we look at the full picture: hormones, thyroid, iron and metabolic markers together.
What does it cost to get started?
Your Start Visit is $199 if you bring labs from the last 90 days, or $349 with the full hormone, thyroid and metabolic panel ordered for you. Both include a Results Review where we go through every number and build your plan.
What does the monthly membership include?
Messaging with your provider, refills, dose changes, scheduled follow-ups, lab reviews and your six-month labs. It is $149 a month with prescriptions sent to your own pharmacy, or $275 a month with up to three compounded hormones included and shipped to you.
Do I have to become a member?
No. After your Results Review you choose membership or pay per visit. Pay per visit means every clinical contact is a booked visit: refill visits are $50, follow-ups $150 and lab reviews $100, with no portal messaging.
Do you use bioidentical hormones?
We use estradiol and micronized progesterone, which are available as FDA-approved products, and we use those unless there is a real clinical reason not to. When a compounded preparation fits better, it comes from a licensed 503A pharmacy and you sign a consent that explains it is not FDA-approved.
Can I be seen by video?
Yes, in the nine states where we see patients, as long as you are physically located in one of them at the time of your visit. Testosterone is the exception. It is a controlled substance, so it requires an in-person evaluation in Dallas and is available to Texas patients only.
I had a hysterectomy. Do I still need progesterone?
Usually not for uterine protection, which is the main reason it is paired with estrogen. Some women still use it for sleep or mood. That decision is made at your visit, based on your history.

Compounded medications. Navara Health prescribes both FDA-approved medications and compounded preparations. Compounded preparations are made by licensed 503A pharmacies against an individual prescription. They are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA review for safety, effectiveness or quality. A compounded medication is used only when the commercial product is unavailable or your prescriber determines there is a clinically significant difference for you.
Testosterone. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Under Texas law and DEA requirements it requires an in-person evaluation and is available to Texas patients only. Controlled substances are not prescribed by telehealth alone.
