Do These Sound Familiar?
Your Symptoms Are Real. They Are Treatable.
The most common thing women tell us after starting hormone therapy is that they wish they had done it sooner. Fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, and mood changes are not just inevitable parts of aging. In many cases they are direct consequences of hormonal changes that respond well to treatment.
The second most common thing they tell us: their previous provider looked at one number, said it was normal, and sent them home. We look at the whole picture. A result can fall within a reference range and still be suboptimal for you specifically. That nuance matters.
"My labs were normal but I felt terrible. Jessica was the first provider who actually looked at everything and treated what I was experiencing, not just a number."
Free Symptom Assessment
Not sure if it is hormonal? Measure it.
Eleven questions from the Menopause Rating Scale, a validated clinical instrument. It scores your symptoms across three domains and tells you whether what you are experiencing follows a hormonal pattern. Three minutes, no cost, and your answers are scored on your own device.

What We Evaluate
A Complete Hormonal Panel, Not Just One Test.
Every women's hormone evaluation at Navara Health starts with a full lab panel. We do not prescribe hormones without knowing the full picture.
BHRT Options
Bioidentical Hormones in Multiple Delivery Forms.
BHRT uses hormones that are chemically identical to those your body produces. Delivery method depends on your specific hormones, goals, and preference. Your provider will recommend the best approach at your discovery intake.
Applied to skin for steady absorption. Common for estradiol and testosterone. Flexible dosing and easy to adjust.
Compounded capsules or troches for progesterone and some other hormones. Convenient and predictable.
Testosterone injections for women who need more consistent levels. Self-administered at home with provider guidance. Testosterone is a controlled substance, so an in-person visit in Texas is required to start and annually to continue, and it is prescribed off-label for women.
Local estrogen and DHEA for vaginal dryness, atrophy, and urinary symptoms. Minimal systemic absorption.
How It Works
From First Appointment to Ongoing Care.
Women's hormone therapy at Navara Health follows a structured clinical process. You will know exactly what to expect at each step.
Your evaluation, screening, and prescribing in one price. $199 when you bring recent labs, or $349 if you want us to order and pay for your full baseline panel.
If BHRT is clinically indicated, your provider selects your medications based on your lab results, symptoms, and health history. Delivery method and dosing are individualized.
Monthly membership covers ongoing protocol management, refills, secure messaging with your provider, and quarterly follow-up visits. Plans start at $149 per month.
Every three months your provider reviews your symptoms and how you are responding, and goes through your results at each scheduled panel. Protocols are adjusted as needed. You are not on a fixed protocol forever.

Which plan fits you. Compound Complete includes your compounded medication. The Retail Rx Plan does not, and is best suited to women whose protocol can be filled with commercially available products at their own pharmacy.
The Retail Rx Plan cannot serve women who need testosterone, who have a peanut allergy requiring compounded progesterone, or who need Biest or estriol. Those protocols require Compound Complete.

Common Questions
What Patients Ask Most
Before booking, please review our Patient Policies and Financial Agreement and our Virtual Care and Communication Policies. New patients also complete the General Intake and Consent Form before their appointment. By scheduling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these policies.
Laboratory Work
Two panels a year included. Everything else, your choice.
Your membership includes your baseline panel when you start and a repeat at six months, both ordered and paid for by us. Sometimes your results or symptoms call for a check before the next scheduled panel. When that happens you have three ways to handle it.
Included in your membership
Baseline panel at enrollment and a repeat monitoring panel at six months. Ordered, paid for, and scheduled by us. Nothing is billed to you for these.
Use your insurance
We send the order to Quest or LabCorp and they bill your plan directly.
We cannot guarantee coverage. Your plan, your deductible, and how your insurer classifies the test decide what you owe. Insurers frequently deny hormone testing as not medically necessary. Call the number on your card or contact Quest before your draw to confirm.
Bring labs from your PCP
If your primary care provider orders similar testing and it is covered under your plan, bring us the results.
As long as they are current, include the markers we need, and come from an accredited laboratory, we will use them. This is often the least expensive route, and we will tell you exactly what to ask your PCP to order.
Pay cash
We build a bundle of only the markers your situation calls for rather than a full panel.
You get the price before the order is placed, so there are no surprises. A single follow-up marker is often under $30.
Safety monitoring is not optional. Testosterone therapy requires hematocrit surveillance. Certain medications require kidney or liver checks. Where a test is required for safe prescribing, we will tell you it is required rather than optional, and treatment continues once it is completed.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Tell us what is going on. We will call you.
You do not need to know which service you need. Leave your details and we will call to work out whether we can help and what that would look like.
- A real conversation, not an automated sequence
- We will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit
- No obligation and no charge for the call
- Usually the same or next business day
