Products marked for men, or women with permanent birth control, are not prescribed to any woman who can become pregnant unless she has had a tubal ligation, hysterectomy or another permanent procedure. Birth control pills, IUDs and implants do not qualify. Men ordering these products confirm a baseline PSA blood test is on file.

Complete the intake
A secure medical form with your history, medications, allergies and required photos. The $49 clinical review fee is charged at checkout.
I review it
I read every intake and look at every photo myself, within one business day. If I need more information, I will reach out through your patient portal.
It ships to your door
If you qualify, your prescription goes to a licensed pharmacy and ships to your home. But if you do not, I will tell you why and what I recommend instead.
Where I can treat you. Texas, Arizona, Florida, Iowa and Vermont. You must be in one of these states when you submit your intake, and your shipping address must be there too.
Photos are required. Your intake cannot be submitted without them. They are how I examine your skin or scalp without a video visit.
About the review fee. The $49 pays for my clinical review, so it is charged whether or not a prescription is approved. And your medication is billed only if you are approved.
Secure forms only. Intakes are never taken over email. Everything you share goes through our secure patient form. Adults 18 and older only.
