Last updated: September 2, 2026 · Effective: September 2, 2026
This document contains important information about your rights and obligations, including conditions, limitations, and exclusions that may apply to you. Please read it carefully.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the websites and online properties owned and controlled by Navara Health, PLLC ("Navara Health," "we," "us," or "our"), including navarahealthtx.com, and the services available through them.
Navara Health is a medical practice, not a technology platform. Clinical services are provided directly by Jessica Boggs, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ENP-C and by clinical staff working under her delegation, practising under the medical direction of Simal Patel, MD. When you receive care from us, a provider-patient relationship is established with Navara Health.
By using this site, registering, booking an appointment, or clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms. Please also review our Notice of Privacy Practices and our Patient Policies and Financial Agreement.
Binding arbitration
These Terms provide that certain disputes between you and Navara Health will be resolved by binding arbitration. You give up your right to go to court, including in a class action, to assert or defend your rights under these Terms. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury. See Section 15.
Not for emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use this site, our patient portal, or messaging to report an emergency. We do not monitor messages continuously and cannot respond to urgent situations in real time.

1. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice by updating this posting and the "Last updated" date above. You are expected to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable to you, you must not use the site.
2. Privacy practices
Information you provide in connection with your care is protected health information governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and by HIPAA and Texas HB 300. Information collected through the website that is not protected health information is governed by our website privacy policy. If you are a Washington resident, please also see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
3. Services provided
Navara Health provides functional, hormone, metabolic, regenerative, and aesthetic medical services, along with direct primary care, through in-clinic visits in Dallas, Texas and through telehealth in the states where we are licensed.
Clinical care is provided directly by us. Jessica Boggs, APRN is your provider. Certain aesthetic services are performed by Rocio Gonzalez, RN under APRN delegation. All care is delivered under the medical direction of Simal Patel, MD. You will be told who is treating you.
Our services are not a replacement for emergency care, hospital services, or specialty care requiring procedures or imaging that we do not provide. We may recommend that you see another provider, and we will tell you plainly when we are not the right fit for what you need.
Informational content
Content on this site, including text, images, and educational material, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute medical advice for your specific situation and does not create a provider-patient relationship on its own. A provider-patient relationship is established only when you complete an intake, are evaluated by a Navara Health provider, and are accepted for care.
Not insurance
Navara Health is a cash-pay practice. We are not an insurer, our memberships are not insurance products, and the amounts you pay are not insurance premiums. We do not bill insurance for our services. Membership does not cover hospital care, emergency care, specialty care, or prescription drug costs.
4. Where we can treat you
Telehealth services are available only in states where Jessica Boggs, APRN holds an active license: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Certain services are available in Texas only. Direct Primary Care membership is available to Texas residents. In-clinic procedures require a visit to our Dallas location.
If you move to a state where we are not licensed, we cannot continue to provide care and will help you transition to another provider. You agree to tell us if your state of residence changes.
5. Prescription policy
There is no guarantee that a prescription will be written. Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate following evaluation, and eligibility for any treatment is determined by your provider and is not guaranteed in advance.
Controlled substances. Navara Health prescribes testosterone, which is a Schedule III controlled substance. Under Texas law and DEA requirements, testosterone therapy requires an in-person evaluation and is available to Texas patients only. It cannot be initiated or managed by telehealth alone, and it is not available to patients in our other licensed states.
Off-label prescribing
Several treatments we offer are prescribed off-label, meaning they are not FDA-approved for the specific use for which they are prescribed. Off-label prescribing is legal and common in medicine when supported by clinical judgment and informed consent. Treatments in this category at Navara Health include, among others, enclomiphene, testosterone for women, natural desiccated thyroid, platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin for aesthetic and sexual wellness indications, neurotoxin use outside approved areas, and regenerative protocols.
You acknowledge that off-label treatments have a smaller evidence base than FDA-approved uses, that individual response varies, and that no specific result can be promised. Risks, benefits, alternatives, and realistic expectations are reviewed with you before anything is prescribed or performed.
Compounded medications
Compounded preparations are prepared by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies against an individual prescription. They are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA review for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality in the same manner as commercially manufactured drugs.
Pharmacy choice
You always have the right to have your prescription sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Where we recommend a partner pharmacy, that is a recommendation and not a requirement, and we will tell you when filling elsewhere is likely to cost you less.
6. In-clinic services
Aesthetic treatments, IV therapy, injections, and regenerative procedures are performed in clinic at our Dallas location.
- Appointment only. We do not currently accept walk-ins. All services, including the good faith exam, must be scheduled.
- Good faith exam required. Texas law requires a good faith examination before your first aesthetic, IV, or injection service. It is charged separately and renewed annually.
- Who performs your treatment. Injectable and advanced procedures are performed by Jessica Boggs, APRN. Certain aesthetic services are performed by Rocio Gonzalez, RN under APRN delegation.
- Separate consent. Procedures require a procedure-specific informed consent in addition to these Terms.
7. Telehealth risks
By using telehealth services you acknowledge the following risks. Information transmitted may not be sufficient, for example poor image resolution, to allow appropriate clinical decision making. Delays in evaluation or treatment may occur due to equipment failure. Lack of access to your complete medical records may contribute to adverse drug reactions, allergic reactions, or other errors in judgment. Although our systems use security protocols to protect your health information, those protocols could fail and result in a privacy breach.
You have the right to withdraw consent to telehealth at any time, and in-person care is available as an alternative for services we provide in clinic.
8. Memberships and recurring billing
- Billing cycle. Memberships bill monthly on the date of enrollment unless a different cycle is stated at signup. Prepaid plans bill once for the stated term.
- No contract. Memberships are month to month with no minimum term and no cancellation fee, unless a prepaid term was purchased.
- How to cancel. Tell us in person, by phone or text at (469) 653-3124, by email, or through your patient portal. A voicemail counts and we act on it within one business day. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund charges already processed.
- Prepaid plans. Prepaid terms are non-refundable once medication has shipped or services have been rendered. If you stop partway through, each unused whole month converts to account credit at our standard non-discounted rate, good for one year toward any Navara service. If we stop your treatment for a clinical reason, we refund the unused portion instead. Where applicable law requires a refund rather than credit, the refund applies.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days notice before changing the price of an active membership.
- Medication is separate. Where medication is not included in your membership, you pay the pharmacy or manufacturer program directly.
Full payment, refund, and cancellation terms are in our Patient Policies and Financial Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Laboratory services
Laboratory testing is ordered by a Navara Health provider and performed by an accredited reference laboratory. Laboratory results are information, not a diagnosis, and do not establish a treatment plan on their own.
Where testing is billed to your insurance rather than paid at our flat rate, coverage cannot be guaranteed. Hormone and wellness panels are frequently denied as not medically necessary, individual tests within a covered panel may be denied separately, and the laboratory bills you directly. Navara Health is not responsible for denied claims, insurance balances, or coverage determinations.
Panel contents may vary based on your provider's clinical judgment.
10. Eligibility and account security
By using the site you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. You agree that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and you acknowledge that providing inaccurate health information may result in unsafe care.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may disable access at our discretion, including where we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may not attempt to breach site security, access data not intended for you, probe or scan our systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with site operation, impersonate any person or entity, or use any automated means to access or copy data from the site.
11. Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that agreements and consents may be signed electronically. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
We may contact you by telephone, mail, or email to verify your information. If you do not respond to a verification request within 14 days, we may suspend access to your account until you do.
12. Calls and text messages
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Navara Health at that number, including appointment reminders, refill and check-in reminders, results notifications, and account or care-related messages, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, or contact us at (469) 653-3124 or contact@navarahealthtx.com.
- Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for any purpose.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you stop receiving text messages you may miss reminders and information about your treatment. Marketing messages, if any, require separate consent and can be stopped independently.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this site is the property of Navara Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to the contact address below identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a good faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature.
14. Risk allocation
No warranties
This section applies to the website and its content. It does not limit our professional responsibility for the clinical care we provide, which is governed by the applicable standard of care and by Texas law.
Limitation of liability
This limitation applies to website use and does not apply to claims arising from professional medical services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navara Health and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or content you provide that causes loss to a third party.
15. Dispute resolution
We will work in good faith to resolve any issue you raise with us directly. If we cannot, the following applies.
You and Navara Health agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be determined by binding arbitration rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. The Federal Arbitration Act governs interpretation and enforcement of this provision.
Before commencing arbitration, the party asserting a claim must send written notice by certified mail describing the nature and basis of the claim and the relief sought. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may commence arbitration or file in small claims court.
Arbitration hearings will take place in Dallas, Texas unless we agree otherwise. For claims of $10,000 or less, you may choose whether arbitration proceeds on documents, by telephone, or in person. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision.
If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim will be in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Limitations period. Any claim relating to these Terms or the site must be brought within one year of the date the claim could first be filed, or it is permanently barred. This does not shorten any limitations period that applies to professional liability claims under Texas law.
16. General
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its choice of law rules.
No waiver
Our failure to assert any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
Force majeure
We are not in breach of these Terms for any failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, war, public network failure, power outage, civil disorder, strike, or fire.
Notices
We may provide notice to you by email to the address you provide or by posting to the site. To give us notice, contact us using the details below.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Notice of Privacy Practices, Patient Policies and Financial Agreement, and any procedure-specific consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Navara Health regarding the site and our services.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid provision closest to the original intent, and the remainder of these Terms continues in effect.
