1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of navarahealthtx.com and any subdomains, forms, or pages operated by Navara Health, PLLC ("Navara Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
These terms apply to your use of the website only. Clinical care, if you become a patient, is governed separately by the consent forms, financial policies, and treatment agreements you sign at the time of service.
2. No medical advice and no provider-patient relationship
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Reading this site, submitting a form, or sending a message does not create a provider-patient relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after you complete an intake, are evaluated by a licensed provider, and that provider accepts you into care.

3. Not for emergencies
This website and any messaging feature on it are not monitored continuously and must never be used for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or to request services through it. By using the site you represent that you are 18 or older and that any information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
Clinical services are available only to individuals physically located in a state where our provider holds an active, unrestricted license at the time of the visit. In-person services are provided only at our Dallas, Texas location.
5. Virtual care and state licensure
Virtual care services are delivered under the laws of the state in which the patient is physically located during the visit. Availability, scope of practice, prescribing authority, and required examination standards vary by state and are subject to change.
Not every condition or service is appropriate for remote evaluation. Our provider may determine that an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, or referral is required before care can proceed, and may decline to prescribe or treat when remote evaluation is not clinically appropriate.
6. Scheduling, fees, and payment
Navara Health is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, and we are not enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. Fees, deposits, cancellation windows, no-show policies, and refund terms are set out on our Payment & Cancellation Policy page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Prices shown on this site are estimates for planning purposes and may change without notice. The price quoted to you in writing at the time of service controls. Membership, package, and program terms are governed by the specific agreement you sign.
7. Third-party services
We use third-party vendors for scheduling, charting, patient communication, payment processing, patient financing, and pharmacy fulfillment. When you interact with those services you are also subject to their terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Links to outside websites are offered for convenience and education. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, page layout, protocols, educational materials, logos, and the Navara Health name and marks, is owned by Navara Health, PLLC or used under license and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, mirror, frame, or use our content to train or fine-tune any machine learning system without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Submit false, misleading, or another person's information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, our systems, or another user's data
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the site

10. Communications and information you send us
Standard email, text messages, and website contact forms are not fully secure and should never be used to send sensitive health information. Protected health information should be shared through our secure patient portal, by telephone, or in person.
Any non-clinical feedback, suggestion, testimonial, or idea you send us may be used by us without restriction, obligation, or compensation. Protected health information is handled solely in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law.
If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messaging, message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
11. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site current, but clinical guidelines, medication availability, pricing, licensure, and service offerings change. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error free, and we may modify or remove content at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
This section applies to the website. It does not limit, waive, or disclaim the professional standard of care owed to patients in the clinical setting.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navara Health, PLLC and its members, providers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your access to or use of this website, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from professional negligence in the delivery of clinical care.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navara Health, PLLC and its members, providers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website is a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16. Dispute resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us in writing at the address below and to work with us in good faith for at least thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally. Many concerns are resolved quickly at this stage.
This section governs website-related disputes. Any dispute regarding clinical care is governed by the terms of the treatment and financial agreements signed at the time of service and by applicable Texas law, including Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
17. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
