Medical Hair Restoration in Dallas, TX
Hair loss is a medical issue with multiple contributing factors. At Navara Health, we evaluate the full picture including PRP/PRF scalp injections, compounded prescription topicals, oral medications, and hormonal coordination, for men and women.
Our Approach
Treating the Root, Not Just the Scalp
Hair loss can stem from hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid dysfunction, DHT sensitivity, stress, or genetic predisposition, often more than one simultaneously. We evaluate the full picture before recommending any protocol.
Because Jessica Boggs, APRN specializes in hormone therapy and our team is trained across functional medicine and metabolic health, we can look at hair loss from a true systems perspective. Treating underlying hormonal issues often produces results that scalp-only treatments cannot achieve alone.
"The right treatment for hair loss starts with understanding why it is happening, not just what to put on the scalp."
We evaluate hormonal status, thyroid function, nutritional markers, DHT levels, and scalp health before recommending any protocol. Labs are included in our hair loss panel.
Platelet-rich plasma and fibrin drawn from your own blood and injected directly into the scalp to stimulate follicle activity and tissue regeneration.
We prescribe topical solutions, oral medications, and scalp foams through licensed compounding pharmacies, formulations not available over the counter.
Hair loss and hormone imbalance frequently co-occur. Our team can evaluate and treat both simultaneously through our hormone optimization and hair restoration programs.
In-Clinic Procedures
Scalp Treatments Performed In-Office
The following procedures are performed in-clinic at our Dallas TX location. A $100 consultation is required before any hair restoration procedure.
Platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood and injected into the scalp to stimulate follicle activity. Typically performed in a series of 3 to 4 sessions one month apart, followed by maintenance every 6 to 12 months.
Second-generation advancement over PRP. Slower centrifuge speed retains more growth factors and creates a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors gradually over time, extending the regenerative effect.
Controlled micro-injuries to the scalp that stimulate collagen production and enhance absorption of topical treatments applied immediately after. Often combined with PRP or PRF.
Comprehensive lab evaluation covering hormonal status, thyroid function, ferritin, nutritional markers, DHT levels, and other contributors to hair loss. Informs your full treatment protocol.
Full evaluation of your pattern of loss, health history, and contributing factors. Treatment recommendations are made at this visit. Can be done in-clinic or via telehealth.
Follow-up appointments track your response, adjust dosing or protocols, and ensure you are progressing. Most meaningful results are visible at 6 to 12 months of consistent treatment.
