Nothing is booked before your results are reviewed. These are the programs the plan is usually built from, so you know what the numbers look like before you start.

What Happens After You Book
You will receive an invoice by text and email along with your forms. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received and all required forms are complete. The intake covers your timeline, medications, family history and what you have already tried, and filling it out properly is what makes the visit useful.
History, a look at your scalp and pattern on camera and through the photos you send in, and a decision about which testing is worth running for your situation. Not a fixed panel handed to everyone.
Laboratory testing is performed at Quest Diagnostics. Fasting is required unless you are instructed otherwise.
A second video visit dedicated to your results. Every number gets explained, including the ones another office already told you were normal.
Correct what is correctable. Add medical therapy if the diagnosis calls for it. Layer in in-clinic options if they fit. Then photograph and reassess on a schedule instead of waiting and hoping.
New photographs against your baseline, and repeat labs where the first set found something to correct. Expect three to six months before visible change and twelve months before judging a plan fairly.
The Laboratory Panel
What the Testing Actually Covers.
This panel is built to identify the common medical causes of hair thinning, excessive shedding and hair loss so that treatment is guided by objective findings instead of guesswork.
Contributors include hormone imbalances, thyroid disorders, iron deficiency, vitamin and nutritional deficiencies, inflammation and metabolic factors. The panel evaluates these and other common causes so your provider can build a plan around what is actually happening.
The $349 price uses our negotiated Quest cash-pay rate, which gives you a guaranteed laboratory cost with no surprise charges after the draw. Testing is performed at Quest Diagnostics and fasting is required unless you are instructed otherwise.
You may give your insurance information directly to Quest Diagnostics rather than choosing the cash-pay option. Quest will bill your plan according to your individual benefits.
Navara Health does not bill insurance for laboratory services and cannot verify your coverage or guarantee your out-of-pocket cost. Any balance determined by Quest Diagnostics is your responsibility.

What you should know

Celluma is an FDA-cleared LED device, and clearance is a different and lower standard than approval. Its hair program is cleared for specific patterns of loss and Fitzpatrick skin types I to IV.
Treatment recommendations depend on your history, examination, laboratory findings and type of hair loss. Prescription treatment is not appropriate for everyone and results vary. After scheduling you will receive an invoice by text and email, and your appointment is confirmed once payment is received and all required forms are complete.
