Requires the Dallas clinic

Available by virtual care

Patients come to us from across North Dallas.

We are minutes from Addison, Farmers Branch, Richardson, and North Dallas, and an easy drive from Plano, Carrollton, University Park and Highland Park. Most patients tell us the free parking and the lack of a waiting room are what make coming in tolerable.

Care is led by Jessica Boggs, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, ENP-C, a board-certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner, with clinical support from Rocio Gonzalez, RN, under the medical direction of Simal Patel, MD.

New Patients

Complete your intake before your visit.

Every new patient completes a medical intake and consent form before their first appointment. Doing it now means we can review your history in advance and spend the visit on you rather than paperwork. If you have laboratory work from the last 90 days, upload it here and we will review it before your visit.
