Seen by Someone Who Works in the ER.

Jessica Boggs, APRN is board-certified in both family and emergency practice, with post-master's certificates in cardiovascular subspecialty and adult-gerontology acute care. That background matters here for one specific reason: knowing what can be safely managed remotely and what cannot.

"She will always be direct with you about what needs in-person evaluation and what does not."

What Patients Ask Most

How quickly can I be seen?
Same-day or next-day in most cases. Book online or call (469) 653-3124. We are not a 24-hour service and we do not monitor messages continuously, so if something cannot wait until we can see you, go to an urgent care centre or an emergency department.
Which states can you treat me in?
Eleven: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. You must be physically located in one of them at the time of your visit.
Can you prescribe antibiotics?
Where clinically appropriate, yes. What we will not do is prescribe antibiotics for something viral because you asked, and we will explain why rather than just declining. Controlled substances are not prescribed by virtual care at all.
What if you decide I need to be seen in person?
She will tell you directly and help you work out where to go. Knowing what needs hands-on evaluation is exactly what emergency training is for, and it is the most valuable part of what you are paying for. The visit fee still applies, because that assessment is the service.
Do I need to be an existing patient?
No. Virtual urgent care is open to new patients in any of our eleven licensed states. You complete a short intake before your visit so your provider has your history and medication list in front of her.
Will my insurance cover this?
Navara Health does not bill insurance. We can provide a superbill you may submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though coverage cannot be guaranteed. At $100 the visit is frequently less than an urgent care copay once facility fees are counted.
