She can accurately assess what needs in-person evaluation and what can be safely managed virtually, and she will always be direct with you about which is which.

Virtual urgent care is appropriate for acute, time-sensitive conditions that do not require a physical exam, imaging, or in-person diagnostics. If you need something beyond that scope, she will tell you and help direct you to the appropriate level of care.
