What's Included in Your Membership
Your membership is a full course of care built around your hormones, your metabolism, and how you actually feel day to day. Everything listed below is included from the day you enroll. And what sits outside the membership is written here too, in plain language, so nothing surprises you later.

How membership works
Monthly plans carry a 3 month minimum term. Cancel before your third monthly payment and a one-time fee equal to one month of your rate applies, and nothing more. The 90-day prepay satisfies the minimum. After that you can cancel any time, in person, by phone, by email, or through the portal. Enrollment happens at a visit with your provider, never online, and the Membership and Recurring Billing Agreement you sign there sets the full terms, including refunds.
Navara Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Navara does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid, so we cannot see patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid, including on a self-pay basis.
Some things sit outside the membership: labs beyond the two panels above, specialty send-out testing, and added therapies such as peptides, weight management, hair restoration, and aesthetics, offered to members at member pricing. But a few things sit outside the practice entirely, including hospital and emergency care, imaging, care from other providers, and controlled substances other than testosterone.
Membership is for adults 18 and over. Testosterone in any form is a controlled substance. It is prescribed to Texas patients only, with an in-person visit at our Dallas clinic to start and once a year after that. Telehealth availability varies by state, and the current list is on our website.
