A laboratory reference range describes a population. It does not describe you at thirty-two versus you at forty-seven. A result can sit inside that range and still be the reason you feel like a stranger in your own body. We run the full panel, we read it next to your symptoms and your history, and then we explain what we see in plain language. And if the labs say the answer is iron or thyroid rather than hormones, that is what we treat. You should leave understanding your own physiology, not holding a prescription you cannot explain.

Four steps. No packages sold to you before anyone knows what is wrong.
Take the two-minute symptom quiz, call, or text. You do not need to know which service you need. We will work out whether we can help before you pay for anything.
A full panel matched to your symptoms, drawn at Quest at our negotiated cash-pay rate, or billed to your insurance directly by Quest if you prefer. Results from the last 90 days are usually accepted.
A dedicated visit where we go through every marker and what it means for you. You leave with a written plan and you understand the reasoning behind it.
Memberships include your labs at baseline and every six months. Your dose is not fixed at the first visit. If your numbers move or your symptoms change, so does the plan.

Scheduling and payment. After scheduling, you will receive an invoice by text and email. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received and all required forms are complete.
Privacy. Please do not send sensitive medical information by text or email. Use the patient portal.
Emergencies. If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Navara Health is not an emergency service.
