Real Care. No Judgment. No Unnecessary Steps.

Sexual health concerns in men are extremely common and rarely talked about openly. Erectile dysfunction, low libido, and performance changes are not personal failures. They are often signs of an underlying hormonal, vascular, metabolic, or psychological contributor that deserves proper medical evaluation.

At Navara Health, we look at the full picture. We evaluate hormonal status, cardiovascular and metabolic health, medications, lifestyle factors, and neurological contributors before making any recommendations. You will not get a cookie-cutter prescription without a real clinical conversation first.

Root-cause evaluation, not just a quick prescription

We evaluate hormonal status, vascular health, medications, and metabolic factors before making any recommendations. No guessing.

ED is often the first sign of something else

Erectile dysfunction frequently precedes a cardiovascular or metabolic diagnosis by several years. Evaluating it properly is worth doing for reasons beyond sexual function.

Common Men's Sexual Health Concerns

Every treatment plan is individualized and based on medical evaluation. These are the most common concerns we address at Navara Health.

Erectile Dysfunction

Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual activity. Can be caused by hormonal, vascular, metabolic, neurological, or psychological factors, all of which we evaluate.

Low Libido or Decreased Drive

A persistent decrease in sexual desire that feels different from your baseline. Often related to testosterone levels, thyroid function, stress, or metabolic factors.

Performance Concerns

Concerns about sexual performance including premature ejaculation, difficulty with orgasm, or changes in sensation that are affecting confidence or relationships.

Hormone-Related Sexual Changes

Low testosterone, thyroid dysfunction, or other hormonal imbalances that are affecting sexual health. We evaluate the full hormonal picture, not just a single number.

Medication-Related Side Effects

Sexual side effects from SSRIs, antihypertensives, or other medications are common and often unaddressed. We can evaluate these contributors and explore options.

Optimization Beyond Baseline

Men seeking to optimize sexual function and performance using PRP and hormone optimization as part of a proactive wellness plan.

Important information about these procedures

The three procedures above are off-label. Platelet-rich plasma is not FDA-approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, and no botulinum toxin product is FDA-approved for penile injection. Both are used here off-label, which is legal and common in medicine when supported by clinical judgment and informed consent.

What that means in practice is that the evidence base for these procedures is smaller than it is for the oral medications below, response varies between individuals, and no specific result can be promised in advance. Some men notice a meaningful difference and some do not. If you want the option with the strongest evidence behind it, that is oral therapy, and we will tell you so.

Treatment eligibility and recommendations are determined by your provider following a clinical evaluation and are not guaranteed in advance. Risks, benefits, realistic expectations, and alternatives are reviewed with you in detail before anything is performed. Adjunctive compounded preparations are sourced exclusively from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved in the same manner as commercially manufactured drugs.

Sometimes the Answer Is Simpler.

Oral ED medication is prescribed after evaluation, and for many men it is the right first step. Tadalafil and sildenafil have decades of evidence behind them and are considerably less expensive than any procedure on this page. If that is what your evaluation points to, that is what we will recommend. These ship in the same order as an existing prescription at no extra shipping cost.

Men's Sexual Wellness Package
$2,500 to $3,500
  • Sexual wellness consultation, a $100 value
  • P-Shot, or P-Shot 100
  • Follow-up enhancement session
  • Adjunctive therapy add-on where clinically indicated

Our full men's sexual wellness program. It combines PRP, neurotoxin, and adjunctive therapy where appropriate, and includes a follow-up session so your plan can be adjusted rather than left as a single treatment. The range reflects which components your provider recommends for you. Which components your provider recommends is what decides where in that range you land, and you get the exact number before anything is scheduled.

What Patients Ask Most

What is the P-Shot and how does it work?
The P-Shot uses platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood, injected into specific areas of the penis with the intent of stimulating tissue regeneration and improving blood flow and erection quality. The standard P-Shot is $1,800. Changes typically develop over 4 to 12 weeks and individual response varies. It is performed in office at our Dallas clinic by Jessica Boggs, APRN. Platelet-rich plasma is not FDA-approved for erectile dysfunction and is used off-label.
What is the difference between the P-Shot and the P-Shot 100?
The standard P-Shot at $1,800 is platelet-rich plasma alone. The P-Shot 100 at $2,450 is the same PRP procedure plus 100 units of neurotoxin in the same visit, so it works by two mechanisms rather than one. Booked as separate procedures, PRP at $1,800 and EDtox at $1,200 would cost $3,000, so the P-Shot 100 saves $550. Which is appropriate for you depends on your evaluation.
Are these procedures FDA-approved?
No, and it is important that you know that before you decide. Platelet-rich plasma is not FDA-approved for erectile dysfunction, and no botulinum toxin product is FDA-approved for penile injection. Both are used off-label, which is legal and common in medicine when supported by clinical judgment and informed consent. In practice it means the evidence base is smaller than for oral ED medication, response varies, and no specific result can be promised. Oral tadalafil and sildenafil are FDA-approved for erectile dysfunction and are often the right first step.
What is EDtox and how is it different from the P-Shot?
EDtox is a neurotoxin injection to the penile area intended to improve erection quality and sexual function. It works by a different mechanism than the P-Shot, which uses PRP. EDtox is $1,200. If you want both mechanisms, the P-Shot 100 combines them in one procedure at $2,450 rather than $3,000 booked separately. Neurotoxin use in this area is off-label.
Should I try oral medication first?
For many men, yes. Tadalafil and sildenafil are FDA-approved for erectile dysfunction, have decades of evidence behind them, and start at $35. If your evaluation points there, that is what we will recommend, and we will say so plainly rather than steering you toward a procedure. Procedures are worth considering when oral therapy is not tolerated, not sufficient, or not what you want long term.
What causes erectile dysfunction?
ED can be caused by hormonal factors such as low testosterone or thyroid dysfunction, vascular issues, metabolic health, medications, neurological contributors, or psychological factors. At Navara Health we evaluate the full picture before making any recommendations. ED is also frequently an early sign of cardiovascular or metabolic disease, sometimes years before anything else shows up, which is a reason to have it evaluated properly rather than treated blind. ED is not a personal failure. It is a medical issue with medical solutions.
Are adjunctive hormone or other therapies available?
Yes. Testosterone optimization and provider-prescribed adjunctive therapies may be recommended as part of a full sexual wellness plan following your clinical evaluation. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, so Texas law requires an in-person evaluation before it can be prescribed and it is available only to Texas patients. Compounded preparations are sourced from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and are prescribed at provider discretion. Eligibility is determined by your provider and is not guaranteed in advance.
Is ED treatment available via virtual care?
Consultations and medication management are available by virtual care in 11 states through Jessica Boggs, APRN: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. In-office procedures such as the P-Shot and EDtox require an in-person visit at our Dallas, TX clinic. A men's sexual wellness consultation is $100.
Can I finance my treatment?
Yes. Navara Health offers patient financing through Cherry, with flexible monthly payment plans. Many patients use this for the P-Shot 100 or the Sexual Wellness Package. You can apply in a few minutes and find out what you qualify for before your consultation.
