Every patient at Navara starts the same way. And every clinical conversation happens where it can be done properly: at a scheduled visit, with your history and your labs in front of us. Here is exactly how it works, what it costs, and what you get for it.

Start with answers. Stay with a plan.
Every new patient begins the same way. One consultation, the right labs, and a full results visit where we walk through every number and build your plan together. Then you decide how your care continues.

Your Start Visit
Your symptoms, your history, your medications and what you have already tried. Your lab order goes out the same day.

Your Results Review
Sixty to seventy-five minutes. Every result explained in plain language, what it means for you, and exactly what happens next.

You Choose
Membership or pay per visit. Both are laid out below, so you know exactly what you are getting before you book.
Start Visit: $199 with labs from the last 90 days, or $349 with your labs ordered for you. Your Results Review is included either way.

A forty-minute phone call is a medical visit. It deserves a chart, a real plan, and your provider's full attention, so clinical questions are answered at a scheduled visit or, for members, by message. And membership means you never wait for an appointment to ask.

Membership Pricing
What a membership costs each month.
Every membership includes messaging with your provider, refills, dose changes, scheduled follow-ups and lab reviews. Your Start Visit counts as your first month when you join at your Results Review. Weight loss programs bill from your first medication order instead.

Hormone, testosterone, enclomiphene and weight loss memberships billed month to month carry a 3 month minimum term. A 90 day prepay satisfies it. Full terms are in our Patient Policies. Navara Health is cash-pay and does not see patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicare Advantage or Medicaid.
Communication and Access
Who answers what, and where.
Short version: our team handles logistics, your provider handles medicine, and medicine happens at a visit or in a member message. That is how every answer you get stays charted, safe and complete.
Phone and text line
(469) 653-3124 is for scheduling, billing, records and pharmacy questions. Our team answers it within one business day. They cannot give medical advice or review symptoms.
Member messaging
Members message their provider in the patient portal and hear back the same or next business day. Anything that needs more than a short answer becomes a scheduled visit, included in your membership.
Pay per visit
The portal is open for scheduling, billing and records. Clinical questions and refills are handled at a booked visit.
Phone calls with your provider
Are visits. They are scheduled, documented in your chart, and billed at the visit rate for your plan. Your provider does not take unscheduled clinical calls.

Before you book.
Can I talk to Jessica before I book?
Our team is happy to answer questions about services, pricing and how booking works. And if you are not sure where you fit, the free symptom assessments take three minutes. Medical questions, including whether a treatment is right for you, are answered at your Start Visit, where there is time to do it properly and a chart to record it in.
Why don't you offer free phone consultations?
Because a real answer needs your history, your medications and usually your labs. A quick call without those is a guess, and you deserve better than a guess. But you are never left without help: our team answers questions about services, pricing and booking, and the free symptom assessments help you see where you fit before you spend anything.
What does the Start Visit cost?
$199 if you have labs from the last 90 days, or $349 with your labs ordered for you. Both include your consultation and a 60 to 75 minute Results Review where we go through every number with you and build your plan.
Do I have to become a member?
No. After your Results Review you choose membership or pay per visit. Membership includes messaging with your provider, refills, dose changes, follow-ups and lab reviews, and your Start Visit counts as your first month, except weight loss, which bills from your first medication order. Pay per visit means every clinical contact is a booked visit: refill visits are $50, follow-ups $150 and lab reviews $100, with no portal messaging. Full details are on our How Care Works page.
Can I switch from pay per visit to membership later?
Yes. Book a follow-up visit and enroll there. If you join at your Results Review, your Start Visit counts as your first month, except weight loss, which bills from your first medication order. Hormone, testosterone, enclomiphene and weight loss memberships billed month to month carry a 3 month minimum term.
Can I just book a refill without a membership?
Yes, if you are an established patient and your prescription goes to your own pharmacy. A refill visit is $50 for a non-controlled prescription with no changes. Testosterone and medication shipped by Navara are membership only. Dose changes and new concerns need a $150 follow-up visit. Members get both included.
What if I have something urgent?
Call 911 for an emergency. For same-day concerns like infections, rashes or minor illness, book a Virtual Urgent Care visit.
