Do I need a visit to get a prescription product?
No visit is needed for most of them. You book the $49 online review, complete a short intake with your history and photos where they apply, and Jessica Boggs, FNP-C, reviews it. A phone or video call happens only if you ask for one or your answers need it.
What does the $49 online review cover?
It covers the clinical review of your intake. It is charged at booking whether or not a prescription is approved, and it renews once a year. The product price is charged separately, only after approval.
Which states can order prescription products?
Adults 18 and older located in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Vermont and Washington. Patients in New Mexico and Oklahoma start with a live video visit, and we text you a link to schedule it after you submit.
How do refills work?
Before each refill we send a short check-in through your patient portal. Once it is back and approved, your card on file is charged and your next supply ships straight to you. Nothing ships until it is paid.
Are these medications FDA approved?
Most prescription products here are compounded for you by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA approved. If you would rather have a generic sent to your local pharmacy where one exists, ask us.
Can I use HSA or FSA?
HSA and FSA cards are accepted for visits and prescription products. Supplements follow your plan's rules.
