Near the Galleria
Every new patient starts with a Start Visit: your consultation, your lab order, and a 60 to 75 minute Results Review where we build your plan. It is $199 with labs from the last 90 days, or $349 with your labs ordered for you. Questions about services, pricing or booking? Text or email us and our team will answer within one business day.
You choose your time when you book, and your confirmation comes straight from our booking system. Not sure how membership and pay per visit compare? See how care works.
Communication and access
Our team answers the phone and text line. They cannot give medical advice or review symptoms. Clinical questions are answered at a scheduled visit, or by portal message for members. Phone conversations with your provider are scheduled visits. Full policy.

New Patients
Complete your intake before your visit.
Every new patient completes a medical intake and consent form before their first appointment. Doing it now means we can review your history in advance and spend the visit on you rather than paperwork. If you have laboratory work from the last 90 days, have it ready to upload or bring it to your visit, and we will review it before we see you.
