Filler services at Navara Health are performed by Rocio Gonzalez, RN, who brings focused training in facial anatomy and injection technique to a selective range of treatment areas. We keep the offering intentionally focused rather than offering every possible filler service, which means the treatments we do offer are done well.

We offer two categories: hyaluronic acid fillers for immediate, reversible volume, and biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse that gradually trigger your own collagen production for results that can last two years or more.

How long do fillers last? ▾
HA fillers typically last 6 to 18 months depending on the area treated. Lips metabolize filler faster than other areas. Biostimulators like Sculptra can last two years or more as they stimulate your own collagen production over time.
Can fillers be reversed? ▾
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. Biostimulators cannot be reversed, which is why we discuss goals and anatomy carefully before recommending a product.
Is there downtime after fillers? ▾
Minimal for most patients. Mild swelling or bruising at injection sites is common and typically resolves within a few days. Lips tend to swell more than other areas. Avoid intense exercise and alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.

What should I avoid before my appointment? ▾
Avoid blood thinners including aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and alcohol for 3 to 5 days before treatment if possible to minimize bruising. Your provider will give you a full pre and post care protocol at your consultation.
