Virtual Consultations Available For

The majority of what we do at Navara Health is available via telehealth. Your initial consultation, follow-ups, lab review, and ongoing medication management can all be handled through a secure video visit. Some treatments require in-person visits, including IV infusions, injections, and aesthetic procedures. Your provider will be transparent about what that means for your specific plan.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Initial HRT consultations, lab-guided prescribing, dose adjustments, and ongoing follow-up monitoring manageable virtually for most patients.

Medical Weight Loss

GLP-1 consultations, dose titration, ongoing follow-up, and monitoring. Most weight loss management is fully telehealth-compatible.

Peptide Therapy

Peptide consultation, protocol design, and ongoing guidance including self-administration instructions where applicable.

Sexual Wellness

Consultations for sexual dysfunction, low libido, ED, and related hormonal issues handled professionally in a private virtual setting.

Lab Review & Follow-Up

Review of bloodwork in context. Your provider walks you through what your results mean and what comes next, no reading results alone.

Ongoing Medication Management

Prescription refills, dose adjustments, and ongoing management for established patients. No coming in just for a refill.

Do I need labs before my first consultation? ▾
Often yes, particularly for hormone therapy. If labs are needed before your visit, we will send the order so you can get them drawn in advance, making your consultation more productive.
Is a new patient consultation required before starting care? ▾
Yes. We need to establish a clinical relationship and understand your history before managing your care. There are no exceptions to this for patient safety reasons.
How are prescriptions sent if I am seeing you virtually? ▾
Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. For compounded medications, we work with licensed compounding pharmacies and provide clear ordering instructions.
What technology do I need? ▾
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform and send you a secure link before your appointment.
Can I start hormone therapy completely via telehealth? ▾
Yes, for most patients. Testosterone therapy in Texas requires at least one in-person visit per state regulations. All other hormone therapies, including BHRT for women, are available fully via telehealth.
How are follow-up appointments handled? ▾
All follow-up appointments, lab reviews, dose adjustments, and refills are handled virtually for telehealth patients unless an in-person visit is clinically indicated.
